Contact Solv team to get access to the Issuance.
1) Enter Solv V3
2) Connect your wallet, switch to the corresponding chain
3) Click on “Solv Prime”

4) Customize your issuance
- Select your issuance type
- Decide the Fund type / Return type
- Please contact the Solv team in advance if a prime broker is needed. Otherwise select “Not required”

- Customize your issuance detail
- Solv Closed-End Fund is the general contract, you should choose your own one if it’s already added (please check with Solv team)
- Accrual Start Date refers to the date when yield starts to accrue, but the amount raised in advance can also be used in advance.
- Transferability refers to whether the fund share certificates can be transferred.

- Customize your issuance detail
Raised fund will directly go to the “Deposit Address” set here while Solv contract is not able to store any fund. If you leave the “Deposit Address” blank, the fund will be deposit to the issuer’s address by default.

1) By wallet balance : Use your EOA wallet balance to repay the fund
- On Solv V3 (Only available to the issuers)
To locate the repayment page:
Move the mouse over the top right corner — Click on “My Issuances” — Click on “Manage Issuances”

Choose the fund need to be repaid and click on “Repay”, enter the payment amount and confirm it.

- On Explorer(Available to any address)
Approve
- 1.spender: Enter the contract address you submitted in Page “Issue Details” (Better to confirm it with Solv team)
- 2.amount: Approved amount ≥ Repayment amount

Repay
- 1.repay: If it’ll be paid by native token(ETH/BNB…), enter the repayment amount with decimal
If not, enter 0.
- 1.slot_: The slot for repayment (Please confirm it with Solv team)
- 2.currency_: Enter the address of the payment currency
- 3.repayCurrencyAmount_: If it’ll be paid by native token(ETH/BNB), enter 0; If not, enter the repayment amount with decimal.

2) By contract: Transfer the fund to a contract from any address and complete the repayment.
- 1.Confirm the contract and make sure it supports “repay by contract” (Confirm with Solv team)
- 2.Transfer the fund to selected contract.
- 3.Log in with the issue account — Click on “My Issuance” — “Manage Issuances”;
- 4.Choose the fund need to be repaid and click on “Repay”; Click on “Repay by contract” in the pop-up window.
After switching it to contract, enter the repayment amount and confirm it.
